What you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, optional email address, postcode, vehicle details, requested services and any notes you choose to add.

Why we use these details

Midlands Deletes uses your enquiry details to contact you about your vehicle, discuss suitability and a quote, and arrange work if you choose to proceed. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.

How the form is delivered

FormSubmit processes your submission and forwards it to midlandsdeletes@gmail.com, hosted by Gmail. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information. We keep correspondence as needed to handle your enquiry, agreed work and relevant record requirements.

Call and SMS links use your device’s phone or messaging app. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where its terms and privacy settings apply. Using those links does not send a message until you choose to send it.
